About Popzy and Klik Klak Studio

Contraction Timer: Popzy is a contraction timer for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by Klik Klak Studio, an independent app studio based in Ankara, Turkey. On the home screen it is simply called Popzy.
Popzy launched on Google Play in September 2026, and is coming to the App Store. The app is available in 35 languages.
What Popzy does
Popzy times contractions with one tap to start and one to end. It records how long each contraction lasts and how far apart they are, measured from the start of one to the start of the next, and compares the last hour with the rule your provider gave you: 5-1-1, 4-1-1, 3-1-1 or your own timing. When your contractions have matched it for an hour, Popzy lets you know so you can call them.
Around the timer, Popzy has a breathing screen with calming sounds, illustrated labor positions, a labor guide, a hospital bag checklist for hospital, birth center or home births, and a history you can share with your care team as a text log or an image card. It has no account and no ads, and it works offline.
What Popzy is not
Popzy is not a medical device. It only looks at timing: it cannot tell how labor is progressing, and it does not replace your midwife, doctor or maternity unit. If your waters break, you notice bleeding, your baby moves less, or anything feels wrong, call them straight away, whatever your timing shows.
